Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to fees, registrations, consultations, lead-generation services, enquiry-related services, or other paid services offered through Airlines Amigo Team by Airlines Amigo Team.

1. Nature of Fees

Where a fee is applicable, the applicable amount, purpose, and terms will be communicated to the user before or at the time of payment.

A payment may relate to an enquiry, registration, consultation, information service, processing service, or other specifically identified service. Payment of any fee does not constitute or guarantee employment, job placement, interview, selection, admission, salary, or any other outcome unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

Except where a refund is required under applicable law or expressly provided in writing by the Company, fees paid for completed, initiated, processed, or delivered lead-generation, enquiry, registration, consultation, or information-related services are non-refundable.

The fact that a user is subsequently not selected, does not receive an interview, does not obtain employment/admission, changes their mind, or does not proceed with a third-party opportunity shall not, by itself, create a right to a refund where the paid service has already been provided.

3. Cancellation

A cancellation request must be submitted to:

Cancellation requests will be evaluated according to the nature and status of the service and applicable law.

Where a service has already been processed, delivered, initiated, or consumed, cancellation may not result in a refund.

4. Third-Party Payments

Where payment is made directly to an employer, recruiter, educational institution, consultant, payment provider, or other third party, the refund or cancellation terms of that third party shall apply.

Users should review those terms before making a payment.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it may be processed using the original payment method or another legally permissible method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.

6. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe that a payment was unauthorized or fraudulent, you should immediately contact your bank/payment provider and, where appropriate, the relevant authorities.

You may also notify us via the Contact us page / enquiry form so that we can review the matter.
